Model Reviewed: McGreggor Driver (Asian)
Summary: I am occasional golfer shooting in the high 90's. Last time out, I golfed with a friend from Hong Kong. I tried out his McGreggor Driver (Asian) model on the last hole. It had a huge face and felt feather light! I hit it over 230 with a low draw - perfect for Hawaii's wind. My best drives are about 210 with my current driver. Now I want to know more about this driver and whether I can afford to put one in the bag.

Model Reviewed: MacGregor Driver DX Titanium - Steel Shaft
Summary: I was playing with name brand drivers, all with graphite shafts and also stiff(est) shafts I could find. I found this club in my basement that I had won at an outing a few years back. Because it had a steel shaft, I wanted to try it, and to my surprise my driving game has improved and most accurately improved. This is the older style driver, and its worth a try for everyone. I lost little yardage, but gained much accuracy

Summary: I can hit these woods as far as any other I have tried. The head is titanium and they also have a Aldila graphite shaft in them. I bought a driver first and loved it, now I have a 3, 5, and 7 wood also

Summary: I love these clubs. I consistently rope the 3 and 5...still working on the driver. I put the ball on the green on a par 4, 285 yard hole with my 3 Wood. These things are straight and long.

Model Reviewed: McGregor DX Titanium
Summary: 2 years ago I went driver shopping. I hit 12 of the top drivers at the time...my 12th driver of the day was the cheapest and least recommended by the local club pro. It happened to be the club I was most consistent with, hit the furthest and felt the most comfortable with...it was the DX Titanium driver by McGregor. Dont be fooled by its lack of "Tour Endorsed" brand name. McGregor has made a great driver, I am still using it today and this past weekend I won a long drive contest for my flight. Distance was 314...when asked what I was hitting a few people scoffed and chuckled, then once the winning distance was posted, guess who had the last laugh! I dont get caught up in the hype over the new drivers, I love the DX and plan on smacking it 275-300 for another year or two and hope to find a new DX model. Enjoy, its a great driver!
