R7 tp - Vista Pro 80 15*

Summary:
I have searched for the perfect 3-wood for over three years and think the R7tp is one of the best. The ball flight is very consistent. I tried a bunch of shafts and the Vista Pro 80 is the best fairway shaft I've used to date in the R7tp. It's very stable and predictable. What made me switch from Sonartec was that I could not open the face of the sonartec to square/1*open. The R7tp was easy to bend. The sonartec Np-99 and ss3.5 ballflight is lower and more penetrating, but the steel is so hard, adjusting loft and lie on the head was impossible. Otherwise I'd be playing the NP-99 or ss3.5. I'm very happy with the R7tp though.

Taylor Made R7 TP

Summary:
I recently purchased this with a Fujikura R shaft and found that when I used it on the course it performed much better than any of the other 3 woods I have owned.

R7 TP 5 wood (17.5* loft) Stiff

Summary:
Why not? That's the first thing in my mind. First, I am sold on its simplified look with thin head profile. Stock shaft is slightly stiffer than Mitsubishi Diamana on SQ2 fairway. I have gained more accuracy while maintaining distance. Currently, I have set it up on fade configuration; you can hit draw if you want. Trajectory-wise; it goes high if you hit it high, it goes low if you hit it low. I find it easy to controll ball flight. This club will physically tell you why tour pro hit fairway wood off the tee very often. It took me almost 3 years to find a fairway wood, and I will stick with this for a long time.

r7 st 15*

Summary:
This club is the best feeling fairway wood on the market and launches the ball in a hurry. I got mine like new for $104 with the DG Lite S300 shaft and I couldn't be happier. It is more forgiving than the v-steel it replaced in my bag, but for me it doesn't hit it quite as far as the v-steel(could be the weight set up). There really is no better feeling than hitting a decent shot with this club. Buttery soft and a truly beautiful sound. The first time I hit this on the course, my playing partner gave me a look of amazement at how perfect the balls come off the face of this club. Even if you are on a budget, give the steel version a try and you will not be disappointed.
