| | Reviewed by: Jamie Carlson, Shoots in the 70s Summary: Was really pleasantly surprised by the upgrades to Stanley. Greens were in great shape (no signs of recent aeration, if they had done so I couldn't tell) and tees and fairways were very nice as well (only a few burnt spots). But upgrade of all though was the *GPS Systems* in the carts!!! The GPS was very easy to use, gave exact yardages to pin and to the carts in front of you, and even had a digital scorecard feature that chirped/golf clapped when you made a BIRDIE (nice touch).
Overall, I hadn't played Stanley in about 10 years and I was really impressed with how nice it is and how far it had come since then. Similar Courses Played: Lyman Orchards (Player and Jones courses), Portland G.C., Quarry Ridge, Hunter Memorial, Tradition of Wallingford, Tradition of Windsor, Laurel View G.C., Wintonbury Hills, and Gilette Ridge G.C.
