Was really pleasantly surprised by the upgrades to Stanley. Greens were in great shape (no signs of recent aeration, if they had done so I couldn't tell) and tees and fairways were very nice as well (only a few burnt spots). But upgrade of all though was the *GPS Systems* in the carts!!! The GPS was very easy to use, gave exact yardages to pin and to the carts in front of you, and even had a digital scorecard feature that chirped/golf clapped when you made a BIRDIE (nice touch).
Overall, I hadn't played Stanley in about 10 years and I was really impressed with how nice it is and how far it had come since then. Similar Courses Played:
Lyman Orchards (Player and Jones courses), Portland G.C., Quarry Ridge, Hunter Memorial, Tradition of Wallingford, Tradition of Windsor, Laurel View G.C., Wintonbury Hills, and Gilette Ridge G.C.

restaurant and snack shop are both excellent, assistant professional was extremely helpful, but head pro knew nothing about golf
