| | Reviewed by: FRITOLAYGUY, Shoots in the 80s Summary: A very nice course, well kept. Only complaint is its a little pricey if your not a resident. I usually show up as a single and get on without very little wait anytime in the middle of the week, but come the weekends, youll have a better chance at winning the lotto, than ever grabbing a tee time.

| | Reviewed by: nickanon, Shoots in the 80s, from Stamford, CT Summary: Been playing this course since it opened in 1978. One improvement after another. A great year-round driving range. The course is kept so well, you'll think you were at a country club. Not extremely long, but some very tricky holes--water. The course gets a lot of play, but during the week, not bad getting out and play moves. This is probably the "best maintained" muni course within 50 miles of NYC, but please keep it a secret! Customer Service: Very Good. Similar Courses Played: Pro shop is very good! Hot dog shack is great! The "Fairway" Restaurant is top-notch!

| | Reviewed by: aubrey, Shoot in the 80s, from stamford, ct Summary: The better maintained of Stamford's munis- a really nice layout. Well designed, with some excellent holes. Some very good par 5's. Excellent greens. One of the best public courses in the Metro NY area. Driving range is being redone and is going to be much improved. Water in play on several holes. Play is often unbearably slow, however. Rounds can drag on for 6 hours plus at times. Tee time lottery for residents- more difficult to play if you're from out of town and a lot more $$$. Nice course. Similar Courses Played: None
