    Summary:
Well established golf course. large oak and maple lined fairways. Not little scrub pines lining the fairways as in the new courses. Quiet setting off main roads nicely lanscaped. Elevation changes througout course giving new looks along the way. Very close to a private country club, well maintained course. The greens are excellent probably the top 10 in the state. I live in florida we play golf 12 months of the year. I have played courses all over the United States and overseas. I am very particular on courses I play not to waste time on a round. When in Conn, That area of Ellington,Somers,Winsor,Hartford Coventry, Twin Hills is the choice. I have played the course many times, this one always keeps me coming back.

    Customer Service:
Excellent family owned course very quiet and friendly.

    Summary:
This course has improved each year for at least the past 5 years. The greens are the best around. The grounds crew can be a bit rude but the people in the clubhouse are very nice.

Nice layout, last year these had one of the fastest greens i've played. It is a day to day thing, I like this course,

Reviewed by: Jeremy Figoten, Shoot in the 80s, from Columbia, Ct, USA

    Summary:
This condition of this golf course is basically a day to day thing. One day the tee boxes are perfect, the fairways are green and watered, and the greens are grassy and smooth. The next day, the tee boxes can be a like one big divot, the fairways are all dry and full of unfilled divots, and the greens are dry and full of divots. The front nine on this course is fairly long, with easy par threes and fairly difficult par fives. The back side is basically the same but with a very large but long par four on the second hole.

    Customer Service:
The workers at this course are constantly rude and give you the feeling that they could care less about you unless you pay them to care. This gives you a good idea of why people don't feel any guilt about not filling their divots. I also found it greatly difficult to obtain a tee time unless I was willing to wake up at 5 a.m or come at night.

    Similar Courses Played:
The restaurant only has snacks and a few small meals likes hot dogs. There is no pro shop other than a few balls you can buy at the front desk.
