Reviewed by: poorputter, Shoots in the 90s, from Stratford

    Summary:
The Orchard in Milford is a good 9 hole short course. It is composed of par 3 and 4 holes which are challenging for beginner and intermediate golfers. It is aptly named the Orchard as it is layed out on the former Platt fruit farm. There are no water hazards and it takes some fair amount of skill 8-) to loose more than two balls. There are two dogleg holes, which test depth perception. You may want to bring your woods with you; a few holes are 200+ yards with the longest being #2 and #9. The Orchards is a great course for all skill levels, it isnt your typical short 9 hole par 3 course. The greens are in great shape all summer long and the management advocates the use of divit mending tools. This is a walk or pull cart course, powered carts are not needed.

    Customer Service:
    Very nice.
