Giant G-100 Forged irons

Summary:
I recently purchased a set of the Giant G-100 forged irons with ATS 55 filament wound graphite shafts for under $100 on ebay. Sweet! I thought they might be hard to handle since they were forged, and I am a mid-handicapper (80's), but they are reasonably forgiving and hit the ball VERY straight. I also immediately added 10-15 yards length to most clubs, and I had a pretty nice set of Tour Edge 350 J's I was hitting well already. These are the first set I could hit the 3 and 4 irons decently ..... and the 7-PW irons have a nice high, soft trajectory that nestles shots gently onto the green. When I pick the right club on my approach shots, the ball sticks like glue near the flag. The club head is on the smaller side, but has a white line on the bottom groove that make the clubs easy to align, and they look good at address. I think they are a great bargain for anyone that has a decent swing and wants better performance than they can afford with the big names! There may well be some better performing high-end clubs, but the G-100's seem like an awfully good value to me. Put an easy swing on these, and the ball flies.
