Model Reviewed: Adams MB forged irons with stiff KBS shafts
Summary: Excellent set of irons strong flight, very good spin rate and typically soft feel and very easy to shape your shots.
The KBS stiff shafts gives you far more control over the club through the impact zone thus giving you greater accuracy.
Similar Products Used: I have played murifield blades with S300 shafts for many years, since trying the Adams MB irons, Callaway X forged, Titliest 710 and Taylor TP irons and a host of different blade manufactures, I am now an Adams MB player, they are not for everybody but they are truly fantastic if you are a blade player.

Model Reviewed: pro mb black
Summary: i have been playing blades for 10 years, just switched from mizuno t-zoid true blades to the adams pro mb black.
both sets have stiff shafts. the pro mb's are about 5 yards shorter than my old mizunos.
the pro mb's feel less "buttery" than the mizuno. actually the pro mbs have horible feel compared to any blade i have used over the years( the PW in particular feels like a dead piece of wood when you hit it, feels like a different head in general compared to rest of the set)
the good thing i have noticed is the accuracy of the 6-9 irons compared to the mizunos.. these things are lazers
trajectory is comparible to my old mizunos. i have noticed some reviewers of the KBS tour shafts say that the stiff feels a little bit more flexible than the dynamic gold s-300 or comparible shafts...i could not tell the difference myself, and would even be as bold to say the kbs stiff shaft is even more stiff than the dynamic gold s-300.
i wish i would have bought a diferent set of blades, but now i am stuck with these, paid $850,,,,,worth about $400 tops in my mind...i should have gone with the cleveland black pearl blades that i tested( most underated blade, awesome weight and feel)
Summary: Nice looking clubs with the black on black.
- The stiff shaft feels a little soft to me (in between a stiff & regular)
- Trajectory, distance and forgiveness typical with all other blades.
- Neat idea with the swing weighting adjustment but the factory/company has to do it for you.
Great buy for around $600.
