Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Tommy Armour 845s Summary: A great club, I've been playing them for 11 years. Received them from my dad when he won a set of callaways. He admits, not giving me the callaways is one of his biggest golf mistakes. I just can't rationalize getting new clubs, I will probably simply get these re-shafted. The most under-rated club ever.

Shoots in the 70s Model Reviewed: Topmmy Armour 845 Silver Svot Summary: These are some of the best clubs ever made, bar none. I only swithched to a new club because I wanted graphite shafts. They are (were) highly over looked as being a geat club mainly becase they were cheaper than Ping and Callaway and a lot of peple think that you have to pay top dollar to have a good club. This is not always true. Try them if you can find them on Ebay. Customer Service: Not needed. Similar Products Used: Founders Club.

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: tommy armour 845 Summary: My wife bought me a set of Tommy Armour 845s(2-SW) back in 1989 or 90. They have pat. Pend. on them so they are an early set. I replaced the shafts to True Temper sensicore reg flex back in 2000. How much are they worth?

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: 845s Oversize Summary: I've had the Armours for a long time. Really, iron play is the weakest part of my game and I'm torn between working harder and trying new sticks, maybe forged. They are definitely long enough, but I think there are irons that are easier to swing, that is, weighted/shafted better for my swing, strength, size. Moreover, even when I hit a nice iron stiff to the stick, the 845s Oversize NEVER feels good. So, I gave them a 4 star, not denying that much of the problem is with me, but recognizing that these are surely not nearly the best. Customer Service: None needed Similar Products Used: Wilson Staff, MacGregor Tourney,

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Tommy Armour 845 Summary: I got these clubs about 8 years ago now, and when i got them they were already 6 or so years old. They are the original 845 I am pretty sure. My uncle dropped them off one day at my house as a HS graduation present. I have been playing witht them ever since. I have also had many chnces to purchase new clubs, but I cannot muster up the guff to retire these irons. I have had new girps put on them twice and give them a good wash after every round with seems to prolong their life really well. THe only thing that I have bought is Drivers and putters. No wonder why they were the #1 all time selling club in the history of golf. I only wish Tommy Armour today was like the Tommy Armour of the past. Similar Products Used: I have hit Ping i10 and G10, Ping Rapture, Callaway X20 tour, Nike Slingshot and Sumo.
