Callaway Big Bertha Gold Irons

Callaway Big Bertha Gold Irons

DESCRIPTION

The low center of gravity in these Big Bertha irons help to get the ball airborne more easily with the proper trajectory and spin from almost any turf condition. A Callaway Golf trademark, the S2H2 takes weight from the hosel, where it is useless, and transfers it to the hitting area.

I've owned most every name brand of club but have always preferred the Big Bertha irons and especially the '96 Golds. The aluminum / bronze club head give excellent feedback on all hits, good or bad. The ball flight is a little higher than I prefer but I'm will to live with that since the are so accurate from 120 yds and in. I would highly recommend these clubs if you can find a set with the Memphis 10 shafts you will have a winner.

Customer Service

Have been playing golf for about 5 years now and messed around with different irons over time. Somehow I keep coming back to the Big Bertha Golds. The golf clubs perform very consistently and typically generate a very high ball trajectory. While it may hurt my distance a little, but I get the distance I ask for each time.

The copper beryllium heads have a very soft feel, gives very consistent ball flights. The combination of the carbon fiber shafts and copper heads, you have a constant feedback as to where the club head is at any point in the swing. Definitely a great game improvement clubs I'd recommend to golfers at all levels.
