Description For the player looking for a solid, game-improvement iron that provides a proven combination of forgiveness and style. All the core Callaway iron technologies - S2H2, Tru-Bore, and VFT - are part of the DNA of this Big Bertha iron. Add to those innovations extreme Notch Weighting, deeper 360 degree Undercut Channel, and a constant width sole and you have a game-imporvement iron that explodes with technology.

Summary: I moved from a set of Cleveland TA 5 graphite stiff flex to Callaway 2006 in graphite regular shaft this past year. I can hit the short irons with fairly good accuracy. Easy to hit and very easy on the hands if you miss hit a shot. Problem is I can never seem to have a consistent game with these clubs. I have since returned to Ben Hogan BH-5, yes old clubs, and once again gained consistency. Not sure if it’s the steel versus the graphite shaft. I would recommend these clubs for beginners but not for a golfer that can consistently shoot in the 80’s. Certainly game improvement irons but makes it a bit of a challenge to play with the wide sole. They are hard to hit off a hard pan and but fairly easy to hit from deep rough. I believe they would be much better irons without the thick wide sole.

Summary: Awesome!! It took a couple of rounds and a trips to the range to get used to them because the less you try to hit them a long way, the longer (and staighter) they go. I have almost completely eliminated shanks into the woods or on the wrong fairway, which I was guilty of quite often when I was going for extra distance. I have been playing a lot more which I am sure has just as much to do with my improvement, but even when I first got them it seemed like I didn't have to try as hard to make a good shot. And they look sweet, I thoroughly clean my clubs after every round to keep them happy, and this is coming from a guy who washes his car once after winter.

Summary: wow. over and over i read not to get better clubs until you learn how to play better. i firmly disagree, thanks to these gems! these VERY forgiving clubs helps the beginner gain confidence. they look and feel great, and the Big Bertha 07 460 driver matches up perfectly with the set.
Cons- you will sacrifice distance with the clubs (but i'll take accuracy over distance any day)

Summary: These irons are amazing. I could not believe how forgiving they are. I shaved about 7 strokes off of my round the first time out with them. I read numerous reviews for various clubs before purchasing these. I am very happy with my choice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Summary: i've got to say when i first hit them, they were very forgiving!! i was very impressed!! callaway did a very good job making these. i shot under (by just one)my 6 handicap at my home course with them!!! great club. although these are not clubs to grow on. they help your swing tempo i suppose. not something you would take to win a tournament. actully kinda hard to shape your shots.(theyre not supposed to shape shots anyways). but if your the person going from walmart clubs and a sort-of accomplished player then these would be good if you want an upgrade. but if your going from a cavity back to another i highly suggest a muscle back instead. very good club though!!!
Customer Service: na. didnt need any
Similar Products Used: my 735.cm; mizuno's; x-18; x-20; and mostly every other club out there. (well not the crappy kinds)
