Summary:
just bought these irons and must agree with comments so far , they are much easier to hit than i thought they would be , they feel soft yet produce a powerful flight , not low and not high just perfect , i have project x 5.5 non flighted shafts fitted and find they work well for me in this iron . all irons perfom as a high quality cavity forged iron would , so do not be scared to try , club head for a low handicapper will appeal , it has a nice thin topline and minimal offset and not to small and compact head shape , i really like the rounded toe , club looks very pleasing to the eye , all in all a very very good product from callaway right up there with the best forged irons , i would reccommend to all decent ball strikers , mis hits not to bad either , there are some great deals out there on this iron just now , grab a bargain , this is a serious peice of golf equipment that must be tried , well done callaway .

Callaway X Prototype

Summary:
Best irons ever. These hit incredibly long, high and straight, and feel more solid than anything I've ever hit. They hold the line like nothing you've ever seen. Not hard to hit at all. Misses feel hard, but the ball comes off with what seems like 99% power and perfect direction. I've never experienced any club like these. Have hit x forged 2007 & 2009, but these are way better, and are just as easy to hit if not easier. Now if they just had some legal wedges !

Summary:
I like the previous poster said could play pro but I don't like to play golf for money. I would rather sit at my desk in my cubicle 8 hours a day. If I played pro, I probably would be #2, second only to Tiger. In any case, these irons are the bomb. They have reduced my handicap from -6 to -10.

Summary:
I'm certainly not one to brag but I must tell you that I was hitting this iron better than most tour pros. I could be on the tour if I wanted to but I don't believe in playing for money. I like the name too. These irons make me feel like I've been sent into the future to play aliens from another planet. I wonder if golf is played on other planets in another galaxy. If it is, then I bet those aliens play this iron because it is cosmic like a supernova. It's groovy and I dig it.
