Summary: Great irons. Easy to hit and control. Much easier to hit than wide soled cavity backs......any handicap can hit these.......highly recommended.

Summary: switched over to these after trying cavity mizuno mp57/callawayx20 tour. Thank god i bought these. I thought the cavities would help my swing but they made it worst. It reminds me of the first time i fell in love with golf shots. Couldnt have asked for a better set of irons. the look is excellent at address and feels soft at impact, just like how a blade should feel.
The Mp57 were too clunky for me. could never get the feel of the ball when i hit it. very highly recommended to anyone who wants to play blades.
And they came cheap. I notice Vijay still uses them hehe.
Customer Service: none needed.

Summary: Well I decided to get these as my first blades and I liked them a lot. The CMM material mixed with the muscle back design really made these clubs feel super soft. The sensicore shafts may have had some role in the softness too. But to keep it simple here are the Pros/Cons
Pros:
Feels soft, easy to control (really easy), accurate and solid iron all around
Cons: CMM material is very "dentable" if that's a word...just look at the used CG1 or CG4 at the shop. other than that..no problems here
Overall, love the cllubs but sadly I must let them go for back injury reason and lack of time to handle blades for now.
Customer Service: Got them at Golfsmith (Westminster, CO) and they rock...but never needed customer service from Cleveland

Summary: It's been 3 weeks now after I bought these babies on EBAY. Cops are still chasing me..$132 with Graphite shafts. First set of irons with Graphite for me and well let's see. First round 4 birdies! a few miss hits wich i was reminded of but all in all these are great clubs. I can work the ball again and I now have my normal distance again. I grew up plying Walter Hagen muscleback irons for 20 years and played to a 5 handicap. Was convinced to upgrade to cast cavityback in the 90's and lost feel and control. Last set were Hogan forged Edge and they were good but no comparison. As for graphite shafts I still feel the ball strikes and most important the head of the club in the swing. The running joke with my group is..they tell me they don't like the soundof them...I reply...I love the results!

Model Reviewed: cleveland cg1
Summary: I have used the cg1 irons for just over 3 months now, and i have found them easier to play with than normal cavity back clubs. I now have the confidence to shape shots and hit different types of shots with different clubs. The ability to stop a 5 iron shot within inches of the first bounces makes going for the greens easier tahn before. If, like me, your a good ball striker but a high handicapper these irons may help bring your score down. I had them custom fitted at a cleveland center, this has proved invalueble as the fitting was free.
Customer Service: Cleveland were very helpful when i bought them. They took me through the pros and cons of using the irons.
