Summary:
Got a set for <$90 on eBay for kicks because I didnt think I "deserved" to play these irons. The first time out I shot 77! They are longer by approx 5 yards (half club) than my Taylor Made 300, with which I shoot in the 80's/low round of 75. Soft and "relatively" forgiving. I'm having this beat up set rechromed and look forward to playing these full time next season.

Summary:
I used to play the Mp60 (and loved them), but my game has improved enough to where I need the workability more than I do the forgiveness. So I switched to the MP 33s, expecting a week or two of that awful CLUCK feeling of a miss hit till I get used to them...but I was very very pleasantly surprised. The feel was absolutely pure...PURE PURE. But you know when you miss, but it turns out no worse than a miss with the MP60s. The extra workability is nice as well. Oh lets fade this one, look at that A FADE. High and soft...wow it lands like a butterfly. I also think i GAINED yards with these, most likely because these clubs respond best with a GOOD swing, so I've been making more lately.

I'd RECOMMEND these clubs for good ball strikers, anyone who isn't afraid of their 3 or 4 iron. If you hit miss shots occasionally throughout a round (chunks, skulls, hooks/slices), these clubs ARE not for you. These clubs don't mess around.

Summary:
Bought these on ebay for 127.00 + shipping. Really enjoy playing these, especially how they look at setup. Added bonus is all the compliments you get from other golfers. Definitely had to spend some time on the range to get comfortable but the feedback really forces you to correct your swing.

Mizuno MP-33

Summary:
The Mizuno MP-33 is simply the best club I've ever owned. My son started using mine a couple years ago, which of course left me looking for new irons. I thought maybe it was time to look at some type of cavity back (AGE THING) and see if that would help my game, u know, game improvment irons. Needless to say, I was wrong. I found my son a nearly new set of his own MP-33's, which meant I got mine back. I feel like a kid with a new toy. SO GLAD to get them back, good blades are hard to beat. I don't buy into all this bull about cavity backs being so great, just isn't true if your a decent ball striker. If you haven't tried this iron, I would recommend it. Spoke with a Mizuno rep and said the new Mizuno 68 is nearly a replica of the MP-33. If you haven't tried them, I would recommend. You won't regret it!!

MP 33

Summary:
I shoot low 80s and ready to go lower. My full time set is the MP57. I got these cheap on Ebay to sharpen my ball striking skills. Already the improvement is beginning. My eight iron I hit to 150-155. With a little practice, I've been tightening up the dispersion and adding a little distance. The four iron took a bit of practice to dial it in. But, now the grouping is fairly tight at 200-205 yards. Hitting these pure is just plain sweet. Hard to believe, but these MP33s may be pushing aside my MP57s (which I love).
