Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Nike Slingshots Summary: I've had these clubs for about 4 years now. I bought them when I first started getting serious about playing. They leave something to be desired when it comes to quality. I have had the heads come off every club in the bag except 3 iron. They are a joke.

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Nike slingshot Summary: I bought a set of clubs from a garage sale several years ago to give the game of golf a chance after talking bad about the game and I was terrible, a friend suggested I get fitted for a set of good clubs so I bought the slingshot and my game did a 180 degree turn, I get good air on my shots and for the most part straight..you have to adjust where you play the ball in your stance to have success.

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Slingshot Summary: If you play these irons, hopefully your swing is as bad as Barkley's; otherwise you should be embarrassed to have to play Nike crap like this. They are awful in feel and flight.
They're better suited for digging ditches in the backyard. Customer Service: Nope. Similar Products Used: Shovel, ditch-witch, hoe,

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Nike Slingshots (the orignal) Summary: I have owned these clubs for about 5 years now. When I first got them, I hated them. I could only hit the shorter irons. After a half year of playing with them, I finally started hitting the long irons. I used to own graphite T/M Burner Bubbles, my Nikes are steel and I hit an 8 iron 5 yards longer with the Nike. The 3 iron I added 20 yards. So they will increase yardage. As for being workable... they are a little harder to work than other irons, but you can do it. I have no problem spinning the ball with these irons, but I also keep my grooves sharpend. Yes they sound funny, but when you catch one all you hear is tink and it's gone. One other issue I had to get used to is the wide club sole. I like to dig my irons and take big divots. With these you better make sure you're coming down on the ball not behind it. For the money they are good clubs. So I would recommend the orignal Slingshots

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: nike slingshot irons 09 Summary: 12 hdcp; 66 yrs old. Alway had trouble getting enuf loft on iron shots, with too much draw. Tried Callaway x16, Cobra 2,others. These are the easiest, most consistent irons to hit that I have tried. Hit straight with no distance loss. Set comes with 3,4,5 hybrid, which i also like; easy to hit.
Similar Products Used: X16, cobra 2, ping, others over 20 year period.
