Summary:
I took golf up seriously about 12 months ago, bought a second-hand set of these about 8 months ago. I have a full set of irons 1-SW with the sensicore R400 shaft.
It took a while to get used to these irons with the oversized head as I was hacking around with an old set of blades before. I have to say that it is only now that I am fulfilling any potential with these clubs. I've gone from hitting in the 100's, down to 90's and last week hit an 84 at my local course. The thing you must do with these irons is trust them to get the ball off the ground for you. The heavier 400 shafts I have encourage me to swing slower which was my biggest fault. Now I feel much more in control and the ball flight is just beautiful - high and straight until the last 30-40 yards with the long irons then the ball lands nice and softly.
I have only just noticed the difference in loft between the SW and PW that a few reviews talk about. I am now looking to get a LW to fill the gap.
If I do play badly with these It's very easy to blame the equipment rather than my swing, as all golfers do - but I must admit perhaps they do feel a little heavy and clumpy at times which has put some thoughts in my mind about moving on to the MX Mizuno range. However until I feel the need to start working the ball left or right I'll just keep hitting the ball long and straight with these. It is extremely difficult to hook or slice these irons, sometimes I top my shots but even then the ball comes off the head as straight as an arrow ! If you're looking for a good set of irons to get your golfing career off to an enjoyable start then go and get a set of these, you will not regret it !

Summary:
I always have problem with my woods and long iron. Getting to those long par 4s and 5s is always my problem. Not anymore. Since I got this club, I ditched all my woods and long irons. For me this club is extremely easy to hit and very solid. Although it goes not as far as my woods, it keep my ball in play. I also like the sharp 'ting' sound produce by its titanium face. The orange color make it looks cool too. Make me feel young at heart as well.

Summary:
This is the second rescue club I've bought and its a big improvement over the Tour edge. The head is small and heavy and easily cuts through the rough. The ball launches on a medium trajectory lower than a equivalent fairway wood. I was a little surprised by how far it goes about the same as a 3 iron. Impact is solid and pleasant more wood like than iron like and its responsive enough to chip around the greens with. On the negative side The head is both off set and toed in making Playing a fade an impossibility and good players hows bad shots are hooks are going to hate it. But for the majority it will produce consistent draws even from heavy rough.

Summary:
WOW!! that's all i can say. I bought this club on a whim and can say it's the best thinge i've done for my game of golf. After I took it to the driving range the first time, i ended up pulling my 3 and 4 irons out of my bag. very easy club to hit

Summary:
i find it hard to believe there are so many positive reviews for this club. ok first time i hit it I was very impressed. but since then i cannot get the club to perform consistently and i have really tried. the only way i can now shoot less than 80 is to make sure i am not tempted to use either my 3 or 4 rescue. i play links golf on a pretty tough course. my taylor made 4 wood does the business but these rescues are for the chop this week. my taylor made 580xd driver works as does my mx23's but these rescues are badly named, for me anyway. message to would be buyers. don't make my mistake and believe the hype. try before you buy and do not just try once. take your time and play a few shots over a few weeks, preferably on the course. next stop for me will be mizuno hi-fli.

not impressed with rep's knowledge. i asked for a club to replace a 7 wood and he recommended a 5 rescue. it only went 165/170, same as a 5 iron. so i insisted it be changed once i had phoned taylor made hot line to check what they would recommend.
