These used to be very expensive irons, when Zevo was still around... and for good reason. They are a very good set of irons. Mine have factory Zevo R flex steel, 3-PW, paid $125 on Ebay, in VG shape. I like the look. but more importantly, I like the ease of hitting these irons solid. very good distance, and it is consistent between irons. Very nice feel, and good forgiveness

Zevo took their technology seriously, and custom fitted the customer to the nth degree. This was not a cheap clone company, but more of a boutique golf maker that offered high-end, high priced stuff.

I have owned the Z-2's the ZV-3's also, and they are great irons as well. If you are looking for TOP quality and technology for a give away price, find a good set of the Z1's or Z2's and you will feel berry berry happy. I didn't like the Fli-ti or the Comp Equipe or the Lob irons as well...

The ZV3 Hybrids are top notch!

Out of business, maybe Golfsmith is still behind them?

Bought these because I thought they were sharp looking! Never thought for the price I paid would perform at the level of the clubs I had played in the past. I was playin wilson fatshafts and had a set of T.Armour 845s that was backup. Played with them 2 times and sold both my other sets. Gained 10-15 yds. per club, seriously! Very forgiving wether off the toe or fat always seems to make a bad shot better. Bought a set of Taylor Made Rac OS2's and thought I'd use the Z1's as backup but I swear the TM's aren' as good and I paid 3 times what I paid for the Z1's. WELL KEPT SECRET-TOO BAD! If you come across a set, you should be able to get a good price. BUY them and see for yourself!!!!

I traded in my old lynx irons for a new set of zevos about 9 months ago. I have always played very well my irons with the exceptions of my 3 & 4 irons, like any golfers. The zevos have really helped my game alot, I wont go so far as to say that they have been a miracle cure for my game but they help alot. All the irons seem to give a slightly higher trajectory than I am used to and the is after a club fitting even. Even with the higher trajectory I have picked up about 12 yards in distance with each club, I this this is due to the lower swing weight letting me swing slightly faster. The clubs have a great look to them, very high tech. They feel great through my swing and through impact. The flying buttress design really does dampen the vibration quite a bit. Overall I would say these clubs are a great value for their price. I feel that are comparable to clubs that cost much more. I have owned callaways, pings, lynx, taylor made and titleist, and with the exception of my BeCu pings these are probably my favorite irons. They just feel good to play with. They inspire confidence at address. And most of all they are predictable when it comes to shot making. The bottom line for me is I know I can count on these irons.

I've been playing for a little over a year now, and was ready for a nicer iron set than what I had. I gave the Zevo Z1's a shot and I'm glad I did. Strait and true. They shoot a little higher than I'm use to, but demonstrate good distance. The only con that I've found with these clubs is the factory grip. I may find myself regripping them pronto. Recommended clubs.

Really impressed with these Z1’s. I didn’t really think I could be sufficiently subjective enough to actually feel the benefit of paying a lot of money on iron’s but was pleasantly surprised. These are the business. Straight, true and long every time. Turned my game from erratic to consistent without having to spend every night at the driving range. Based on $10.00 a time at the driving range, they may well turn out to be better value. Go buy some!
