Summary: great putter, good visuals and balance. pd $80.00
The first Doc putter that I got the alumium was peeling from the face of the club ... sent it back to Ping thru Golf Town and sent a new replacement putter with no problems.
Customer Service: Great service ... putter / wedge problems resolved with out and hassle from Ping.

Summary: This is an amazing putter. Period. Took me three or four trips to the pro shop before finally giving in to buying it. Felt great in my hands from the start but I kept wrestling with the appearance. Now it's been in the bag for two full seasons with no regrets. My buddies have a fun time with it every time I pull it out. I ordered my Doc from Ping, sized to my specs. I strongly recommend a fitting. For me, this is the only putter I've used that instills the kind of confidence one needs to make a variety of putts. I love the weight, finish, and the long sight line. It lines up tremendously and helps promote a smooth swing. Plus, I think the color scheme is pretty cool. The head cover is also top notch with a magnetic clasp. Like anything, it's not for everybody. However, I think if people could get beyond the looks, they'd be pleasantly surprised. I have no intentions of getting rid of this putter. Very pleased.
Customer Service: Very accommodating. All my gear is made by Ping and they've been extremely helpful with all my ordering. Plus, their turn around time for new gear and repairs is very fast.
Summary: Picked up the Doc 15 used, but in like-new shape for $120 back in June of 2006.
This putter is THE BEST I've ever tried for lagging the ball close to the hole from 20 feet and beyond. It has a very high MOI, and the aluminum head is soft and responsive. My lag putts have improved tremendously because of this putter, and therefore my 3-putts have gone down to 1-2 per round.
The huge sightline on top of the head makes putts inside 10 feet a snap.
Customer Service: Not Needed

Summary: At first look you think omg but this putter is a great club. It has excellent spin off the face, there are no mis-hits, and it has a great feel in your hands. I am saving about 4-5 putting strokes since purchasing it. Its a great buy. The one thing is it is a little pricy.
Customer Service: Ping... all that needs to be said
