A good putter. It works better on slower greens, at least for me. I used one for 4 years until I started playing on faster greens. I had to switch to a putter with an insert for the faster greens. The Positive Putter has great feel and with the cambered sole it fits most any setup.

Customer Service

My experienc was good. After a fitting at a golf show I later felt the putter was too short. I took it in and they fixed it while I waited. (The company is located in Indianapolis and I live in a suburb.)
