Bite

Summary:
The last Bite Shoes I bought were lemons. And the company Refused to exchange them. I have run 29 Marathons but have never had blisters like I had after a round of 18 with them.

Journey

Summary:
I got the Journeys after buying and loving the Bite OS Sandals. The shoes are good for the price, but not nearly as good as thier sandals. Good overall design, wide toe box but very little padding or arch support. I suggest you buy a half size larger than normal and but in your insert of choice.

Customer Service:
Great telephone support.

Summary:
Have these for one year and it's still water-proof and comfy. Very nice shoes considering I usually walk the course.

Elevation Series

Summary:
Note: I am reviewing the Elevation Series, there is not a category for these shoes yet.

I have owned these shoes for one day and I absolutley love them! I bought the Saddlebacks. Traditional look, with a bit of alternative style. I played with them last night and got two compliments!! One from the pro! They are very comfortable. I will post more feedback after a few months, but I think these shoes will please me for a long time. Bite Canyon Low

Summary:
I purchased these shoes because I liked the look. I'd never heard of Bite! They are brilliant. I usually wear Footjoy or Nike here in the hot tropics and am, in general, sick of the look they keep coming up with let alone the tired feet each night. Not only are these shoes extremely comfortable, they look great, are built well and have some fantastically appealing features for a golfer that lives in a part of the world that is extremely hard on shoes!! I like them so much I'm trying my hardest to get some more pairs (sandals too) sent to me here in Oz.

Customer Service:
Spoke to Kim Kearsely at Bite - she helped me decide what I needed as far as size was concerned and has made contact via email to chase up a local distributor. Super support!
