ecco hydromax

Summary:
i have have chronic foot/ankle pain for years, so though i love golf, i dread the walk. ive tried on all the models you can think of out there. But none had ever made me feel that ive tried on something special, something that will provide me with a pain free round of golf and then feel good enough to want to go to work afterwards. the sports shoe brands like Adidas or nike were always too long and narrow. and while the rest like footjoys had a good fit, the foam injected soles were too soft. their idea of comfort was softness which is craaaap.
so when i tried on these £250 ecco internationals, i could not believe how good my feet felt, the shape was perfect, the sole was firm and the heel cup your ankle just right, there were also 10 spike on each feet rather than the normal 7. im not gonna go on about the hand stitched quality construction, and beautiful goretex leather. cause you need to touch it to appreciate it.
but you know, £250 is alot of money for a pair of shoes that youll wear in the mud. so i tried on the hydromax and find that the comfort level is just as good, so i brought them. 'it looks abit plain in comparison. well its £150 cheaper'
ive since found out that the hydromax is a very worthy shoe in its own right, while the material used is not as luxurious as the international, they are hard wearing and comfortable, in a year of regular wearing the leather has not deformed and has retained its breathability and water shield. and because the sole is not the soft injected foam rubbish to begin with. it continues to support like it was new. i can now play without worry of pain or tiredness. i was so convinced i am going to splash out on a pair of the top model eccos when the hydromax eventually dies, but i reckon ill have a long time to save up for them as these will last me years yet.

Customer Service:
