phil rodgers 53 degree wedge

Summary:
been playing a 53 degree wedge with a rifle spinner shaft for a couple of years. i get great height and distance on a full shot and feel comfortable using for chipping around the greens in tall grass. i've tried other wedges but i keep going back to this one. i'm currently looking for a 50 degree to tweak to 48 for a pitching wedge.

Cobra Phil Rodgers rusty wedge

Summary:
The rusting is what I like the most. That paired with a nice small head for a good feel and touch around the greens.

What I don't like are the bounce angles. The 60° lob wedge has way way too much bounce. I can't even flop it, it just bounces off the ground(hence bounce...) and I top it every time. But both the 60 and 56 are sensational out of the bunker in my opinion (since they have a lot of bounce after all).

The Cobra wedges have their bounce angle options on backwards with low loft and low bounce wedges, and loft and high loft wedges overall. But they are playable, and I like its discount price now a days.

Cobra Phil Rodgers wedge 50*

Summary:
I needed a gap wedge between my 45 and 50 degree clubs and decided on this wedge because I have been impressed with Cobra clubs. This is a very nice wedge and fast becoming one of my go-to clubs. It has a soft feel from the carbon steel and doesn't feel heavy to me like some other reviews said. Good spin and at $20 new on Ebay a steal! I think I will dump my current stainless steel sand wedge and buy the 56* wedge also.
