Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Spin Doctor RI 56 Summary: Ok. I got sucked into the hype from the video on their site. And the club does offer a great deal of backspin. But what they DO NOT tell you is, you need to be able to put backspin on the ball anyway. And I don't like deceptive advertising. This club will add backspin to your ALREADY EXISTING backspin stroke. If you dont know how or can't put backspin on the ball on demand, this club is worthless to you. I took it to the range. I hit it, the guy next to me hit it, the ball boy hit it, and the instuctor hit it. And before you all say "well he must suck", he's a scratch golfer and can backspin his irons. None of us could get backspin on it. It didnt even stop where it landed. It rolls like a "bump and run". My advise, don't get sucked into the hype. If it's to good to be true....Stick with a lob wedge. At least it stops where it lands. Usually. Customer Service: Didn't need to call. Knew I got suckered after 2 hits.
