Great staff - friendly and helpful. Not overly difficult for ANY age. Several sets of tees ranging from 7100 yards down to 5800. Very fun and puttable greens.

Facilities are somewhat limited. Off the fairways or greens you can get some "funky" lies and strange vegetation under your ball. It's hot, REALLY hot, all the time.

When golfing in Arizona in the summer, price is usually not an issue. When the temperature goes up the green fees come down. Way down. You can walk this course after 12:30pm for 7 bucks - all you can play. Quite a deal when you match up the price with the quality of the course. Over the last year, this formerly public course has been renovated heavily with new trees and water hazards. Not to mention that the staff has actually groomed the course quite well. There's nothing terribly difficult about the course, but it's a great track to walk and let loose. Not alot of trouble off the tee and if you do miss the fairway, the clay dirt will eat you up if you don't know how to hit off it. But, for the Arizona golfer, this course isn't going to stifle your scores. The greens are really quite innovative with several greens having "sections" and heavy slopes. If you're ever in the area, check it out and you will NOT be disappointed with the overall experience.

Excellent greens (in the winter), good greens in the summer. Open fairways, no bunkers.

Much of the same look for each hole -- although water has recently been introduced for a total of about 6 holes now with water in play.

This course was recently purchasing by a private firm. They've improved overall course conditions dramatically. This past winter, the greens were the best greens within 40 miles. The club pro is excellent - both in professionalism and teaching capability.

The greens get a little hard in the summer (they don't aerate), but the course stays in pretty good condition -- especially when you consider the small price you pay.

$11 to walk after 1:00pm on the weekends.
