Shoots in the 90s

To be fair to the course I played this in September and Phoenix was still triple digits. Overall not a bad course, the grass was really brown, some greens were hard to tell apart from the fairways. The fairways are easy to hit, large and inviting as are the greens. The greens were hard to putt on, some due to the heat, one in particular had ant hills on it, but not to say this was an awful course, because it wasn't and it looked to have plenty of potential in the winter when Phoenix is bearable, but you'll pay more. The last hole was the only one with a water hazard, dead aim is water, must aim right, not the easiest hole. But fun! Very fast pace!

Customer Service

Shoots in the 100s

This little course tucked into the neighborhood at 85th Ave and Maryland was a nice little surprise. This is a short 9 hole which measures about 2200 yards total. This sounds small but it starts and ends with 300+ yard holes which leave you feeling satisfied. The first time I tried it, we did it a 2nd time because it goes so fast. The general layout is very good when considering the limited space in a middle-middle/upper class neighborhood. The clubhouse was adequate (beware of $12 six pacs!). Cars and general grounds equipment was in great shape. The grass was in excellent shape with the exception of hole 9 which seemed to be recovering from a disease on parts of the green. Other than that, I like the course for a quickie and if you go at the right time, you'll have the place to yourself. Highly recommended.

Customer Service

Nice folks in the Pro Shop and Clubhouse, very attentive without being pushy or snobby.
