Great for practicing your short game, inexpensive ($13 on weekend and $9 weekday). Excellent place to play if you're a beginner.

Occasionally you end up following the guy watering the greens. I've had a few instances where I had to time a sprinkler in the fairway to avoid getting soaked.

Emeral Hills is a nice little course for a morning away. The course is all hills, 9 holes, and very inexpensive. I hear people panning Bruce the course pro all the time but I've never had a bad experience in the 30-40 rounds I've played here.

Customer Service

Average. No real restaurant or bar but you can get a dog and a beer at the clubhouse.

Facility is run by the local Elks lodge. I'm not a member but have always been treated very well by those who's groups I've joined on the course.

Great work out for your short irons. Tree line fairways and hills make it a test for your high soft ones. Easy to get on, and the price is OK. Beautiful setting that looks over the bayarea.

Greens are nothing to speak of, and the longest hole is about 160 yards. Most of the 9 holes are about 100 or less. Easy to loose balls down the hills.

For what this course is, you can't complain. It short and very Hilly. A work out for your legs and your short irons. It is a cross between miniature golf and a pitch/putt...if you play the hills right, it rolls right into the clown's mouth (putting green).

Cheap as dirt (specially for lodge members... 5 bucks) I can walk there. Did I mention its cheap? not very crowded (cuz it sux) O.K. play for beginners

EVERYTHING. It is always ,uddy, and the ground is ALWAYS ripped up. The teebox looks like a childs sandbox. the greens have crap all over them. there are holes and mud on the greens. its real short. 9 holes. The pro there is a JERK he hates kids (like me) treats s like were gonna mess up his piece of CR*P course (As if it could be worse). Grass? what grass? All i see is weeds
