Beyond a shadow of a doubt the most poorly maintained golf course I've ever played. The greens were heavily sanded and the grass looked like it was mostly dead. The "creek" on the 9th hole appears to be sewage runoff from the clubhouse. If there's such a thing as "golf hell" this is probably where it is.
