Both are challenging courses and usually in great shape. Since July '00, the prices have gone up to $85 on weekends however they now allow carts on the fairways. I believe this may be the first time since a new management company took over.

Cart girl is non-existent and slow play is the norm out here because everyone is looking for their errant shots.

Both courses are challenging the Eisenhower (Ike) is the longer but more forgiving course while the Zaharias (Babe) is the shorter and more difficult course because it is very narrow. Both courses have both elevated greens and tees and offer great views of the hotel and scenery. Both courses offer fast and undulating greens and in some cases, the greens are three clubs lengths long in some cases. Pay attention to the colored flags. The rough is unforgiving and almost every hole the ball can be lost or OB.

If you think you good, play here. This will test your concentration level, patience and your game. Suffice it to say.......BRING YOUR "A" GAME or bring lots of golf balls.

Pretty long for most people, challenging , intimidatig, the strngths of this course makes it a course where par is a very good score.

Not many only that I saw some bare spots in the fairways and one or two greens had some small yellow patches.

Played this course only because I forgot to make a tee time at my club, but thank god my friend recomended this course. we waited for about 40 min. on the waiting list but it was well worth the wait. This course is a true players course. you must be accurate in all ways, driving putting, irons, and short game. especially bring your short game because more than once I found myself behind a short but thick tree lining the fairwayand had to play a power punch but some instances the course punishes you by not allowing you that option and you must chip into the fairway and take your medecine. shot 73 and 71(we played both courses) the first time playing here and was very happy. Overall this is a fantastic course maybe not in the best condition but a true players course where you will use every club in the bag, every trick shot you know, and test your mental toughness because it doesn't seem very hard but sometimes its those subtle overlooked details that will frustrate you.
