The course is very small so great for beginners. Mostly used short irons and 5 wood. For the more experienced golfers a low score should be expected. Its par 30 with three par 4's. The longest one is about 360. A nice course and the staff is friendly.

Maybe a little pricey for 9 holes. No clubhouse...yet. Pro shop was a mobile type office, but they are in the works. No range either. The apartment complex can be a little distracting as you are putting on the 7th green if the tenants are BBQing or playing loud music. (A man's home is his castle- so deal with it :) )

A new nine hole course that playes on the site of the old Hayward Golf Course. It plays along a new housing development and behinapartment complex can be a littled an old run down bowling alley and apartment complex. It's a little pricey on weekends, but if you just have to play, it is well kept. (Heck its NEW!) Course has 3 par 4's. I got caught in a 10 minute HAIL STORM!..turned to rain, then stopped. The course drains great. I will play here again during the winter months when rain is in the forecast and I just gotta play!
