Played this course 1 month after opening so it was in excellent shape! The greens here were some of the fastest and smoothest I have ever played on. Chipping was a challenge as the greens were hard and fast. You definitley want to be below the hole on your approach shots. The fairways and tee boxes were immaculate as well. The professional staff was very courteous. In fact they assign a host to you when you check in. This person escorts you to your cart, then to the practice range which was grass and unlimited balls, they then escort you to the first tee where there is a fresh basket of fruit which you can grab and take with you on the course. Your host will then meet you on the 9th green, wash your clubs and escort you to the 10th tee. Then they meet you on the 18th green, wash your clubs again then take you to your car and help you unload your clubs. What an amazing customer experience. The course wasn't too tough. It has nice wide fairways and you really have to hit it sideways to lose a ball. There are a few lakes around which can eat balls as well.
