Some fun holes with nice flow to them, greens are nice.

First hole is terrible and some holes have burn spots in fairways. Driving range is somewhat small.

The course is in moderate condition as some of the fairways had what appeared to be "burn spots". The greens and tee's were slightly better than average. The course in general is enjoyable with some fun holes on the course. The first hole needs to be re-done as it does not flow well at all. The back nine is very enjoyable with the final five holes make an excellent finish. I would rate this course as a solid 7 from one to 10, with good fairways I would move the rating to a 7.5 - 8.
