It's 9 holes, poorly maintained, they actually want you to hit off of matts, extremely short, the bunkers feel like concrete, on the first green/2nd tee box it's always extremely humid due to the poor quality laundry room at the dumpy apartment complex next door, the water is always inexplicably brown (even right after they cleaned it), and the last time i went i was actually chased by a large group of retarded bee's that were congregating on the ground near where my ball landed...

All that being said, i love this place. It's my home course, where i feel most comfortable, i learned how to chip here, which has helped me out tremendously. Oh, and it's only $5.75 on weekdays (and you get to play your second round free if you show up from 12-2). So, c'mon why don't you give the ol' place a shot?
