Shoots in the 90s

Was in the Oroville area and decided to try a new course. There were no reviews online so wanted to just give my opinion in case others can play this course. It is a small, very wide open muni. Don't think your going to a Pebble Beach and your expectations will be fine. Some fairways were plush while others pretty thin. Overall the course was in good condition for February. Some massively wide fairways so a good place for beginners or people that need confidence off the tee. Apparently according to my local partners winds can be tough since it is pretty flat with minimal trees but was a nice day when I played. Some picturesque par 3's over water but 4's and 5' are pretty plain and attackable.

One thing that stands out at this place are the greens. They are quick and true. I was amazed how good they were. Some were hard and was difficult to hold shots if didn't have spin. But for a $25-$35 muni, some of the best greens I have ever putted on. Similar to Auburn Country Club as far as speed and rolls. Rest of the course wasn't quite as good.

Customer Service

On the one sunny weekend in Feb, the 1 employee was overwhelmed to say the least but its a small, simple place so not much service needed. Driving range was small and full
