Shoots in the 80s

This is an interesting little executive course. It's in the middle of a horse track, so it's a fairly cramped course. The lack of trees and the utter flatness help to make it feel a little more roomy, though. Because of the space constraints, a few of the holes have some strange quirks. The first is the most notable. It's a dog leg left that would only be about 220 if there wasn't a rule stating that you can't "cut the corner." I believe the longest hole on the course is about 300 yards or so. There are a few water hazards, and naturally the race track is O.B. There are a lot of beginners at this course, but in my experience the pace of play has been fairly steady, although it can get a little backed up on the longer holes. One thing I really like about this course is the scorecard. It provides quite a bit of yardage information, like how far away the landing areas are on the dog legs. I suppose if you're a beginner this is a good place to go where you won't easily frustrate yourself, since there really are no difficult shots. As for everybody else, there are quite a few other courses in the area that are better and similarly priced.
