Paid 30.00 for the green fee with golf cart on golfnow.com for Saturday afternoon. This was a great deal. Free range balls. Range balls were not that good though. Dimpleless balls, but what are you going to do? Only able to use irons on the range. Greens were not 100% recovered from fall aerification. Greens were bumpy and erratic. You can't trust poa annua. Course layout was really really good. Rolling fairways, maintained rough at low height. Cool season and warm season grasses in the fairways. Warm season was starting to go dormant. I was only in 1 bunker all day, the 18th. Bunkers are a hard, but just hit well enough behind the ball (2 inches) and you will be fine. I really enjoyed the elevation changes. The course is maintained well. They have standard golf plastic cups that I did not expect. Usually it is par aide aluminum cups for all the greens. Cups were cut well. Shot 81 for my first time out there. I did not realize that the front nine is par 35 and the back nine is par 37. Had 2 birdies on the back nine. Favorite hole was number 11. I hit a booming down hill 3 iron off of the tee, hit a dart at the flag with a 7 iron and made birdie. I was really surprised that this course was not more busy. Parking lot was not even a quarter full. When I finished I felt bad that this place was not doing better.

Customer Service

Hot dog was 6.00. Cart boy was a little awnry after my round. Everyone else has their own personal carts and he wanted mine before all of the other carts came in. I am not a country clubber and so I took it as a non member getting pushed around by the staff. I told him to take a hike and I eventually brought the cart down for him. I forgave him and his faux hawk haircut.
