Conditions are usually good. Greens are fair and not too fast.

Price is going up too much + maybe too many players out here now.

This is a good little course out in Hercules / Rodeo in the East Bay. Conditions are usually pretty good. Fairways are wide and friendly and the greens are decent, but not too tough. Price is ok, but has been going up more recently. On a weekend, come early. Otherwise, you're looking at a 5+ hour round. I prefer the back nine to the front nine. More challenging on the back with water and more hazards coming into play. Best hole: none really. I can't say there's any one hole that stands out. Worst hole: none. All ok.
