Paid a valuable green fee on golfnow.com. Used to be private but with bad economy they have had to go public. Played this course in late December after several days of rain and they let golf carts go out on the course. Played gold tees. Course drains very well for the amount of rain that we have had this winter. Greens are bentgrass. Fairways are blue/rye. Tees are rectangled blue rye. Front nine is more typical course with trees. Back nine is more links style. I am thankful that they let us go out with carts on a course that would have been underwater if it were anywhere else. Fairways were not mowed, but with the amount of cart traffic that was on the course it was firm enough to mow them. Maybe when the members play that is when they will mow them. I appreciate the conditions because the economy is bad and it is tough to maintain courses nowadays. Not a plugged ball all day. I found all of my balls, no pun intended. I wish to play here during the regular season. Heard it is fast and firm. I really enjoyed the par 3's. Made the green on each par 3. Chipped in on 12th hole for par. Holes are very distinctive.

Customer Service

Course management was having problems keeping golf carts charged. We went through 3 carts the whole day. It was a problem that they helped us out with. We had a good cart for the back nine. They were apologetic but I had a good day for my first day here. They serve pepsi instead of coke, but what are you gonna do? Golf shop staff was nice to me.
