Relatively new, generally in very good condition although front nine traps were could use some work. Reasonable variation in hole layouts. Back nine (which is mostly a canyon setting) has some challenging holes, esp. for shorter hitters unless you play shorter tees, but it's a fair course. Practice facility is good but it's not adjacent to clubhouse and there's a several minute cart ride. Really friendly staff. Overall a good experience.
