This is the best public golf course in the area, short of Pebble Beach, Spyglass, etc. Three nines, all with great views. Best conditioning around, except for maybe San Juan Oaks. Very interesting design, elevation changes galore, and thinking out each hole is a must. Greens are the fastest you will find outside the PGA tour, and that is no lie. When I first played here, I thought it was just becase they were new, but three years later they still putt like a linoleum floor. The Mountain nine has several forced carries off the tee of about 240 plus yards or you are in a ravine. The view off the last hole on Canyon will make you feel like you are flying. A + on all counts

Customer Service

The people here are pros and don't come off as snobs, despite the high class facilities.

This is one of the best courses north of Monterey. I've played all three courses and prefer the Lake and Mountain combination. The greens are perfect: fast and true. The fairways are generous. There are plenty of risk/reward holes. The setting is beautiful. The design is great and the clubhouse and practice facilities are top notch. Unfortunately, the just raised weekend greens fees to $120. This course is far superior to Coyote Creek and Eagle Ridge. The Senior PGA tour should be playing here, not Coyote.

We play here 1 time a month or so and believe mke from where we live the drive is great 40 min from palo alto area..and you feel your soo far away from everything and everyone!!!..Listen since golf is soo overpriced around anyway whats a extra 20 or so to play something VERY cool and challaging!!!

Fantastic new coarse. Challenging terrain and fast but true (great combo) greens. Slow play, long drive from general bay area and a little pricey. Bottom line; would I play it again, you bet! Pivate club atmosphere for a public coarse. In my top three new bay area coarses; Wente and Bridges are tho other two.

Really hard best describes this 27-hole beauty. The greens are hard, dry and fast. The fairways are hard and give pretty good roll year-round, and are decently generous. The drive there is even hard.
The course is fairly new, so it's in very good condition. Play the Lake and Canyon nines if you can -- the Mountain is the most boring, but even it's pretty fun.

Customer Service

Tee times are easy to make and fairly available and the staff is awesome through and through.

A great course, one of the best in Northern California. Very well-maintained with the fastest greens I've ever putted on. The fairways give you a lot of roll off the drives, there is a downhill par 4 on the Canyon course that can give you a drive of over 300 yards if you hit it well. I played the Lake/Canyon course and the view from the tee of the finishing hole of the Canyon course was gorgeous.

Customer Service

Very good customer service, made us feel welcomed.

Good driving range off of grass, chipping area is very good with its own sandtrap, putting green is very indicative of the greens on the course...sloping and very fast. Well-stocked pro shop.
