The course is in the best shape that it has ever been. The greens are cut tight and the grass in the fairways are in ecellent condition.

San Juan hills golf course, just played this last 3-15-03. I would say overpriced for the weekend rate. Expected better quality for the buck.

Course is a great value for the dollar, as of 3/03. Greens and course were in excellent shape. Clubhouse and restaurant are very dated, but what do you want for $35!!

Played on Sat 11/3. Typical to Orange County courses, San Juan Hills is a bit overpriced for the golf experience gained. This course is walkable and is probably a better value and playing experience during the week rather than being rushed on the weekends. Even though the course is short on yardage and not many hazards came into play, the course had a gentle layout that didn''''t overly penalize players for poor shots. Played when the fairways were being overseeded and the grass was long. This made for many "first cut rough shots" even though the ball was in the center of the fairway.

Customer Service

Just OK.

Driving range was just passable. Very small putting green and practice area.

Shoot in the 80s

I've played at this course since I was in Junior High in the mid 1970's. This course shouldn't even be on this list to be reviewed. In fact this course should be bought and graded under. Over the past ten years, the multiple owners have ruined this course. Once challenging and always in good shape, the course is now known as San Rock Hills. Several of the greens were replaced within the past few years and those have already succombed to poor greens keeping. Most are dirt. Three new holes were added to make room for a needed driving range, but the three holes do not match the rest of the golf course.

Customer Service

Most of the people in the shop treat customers badly

The snack bar is a joke. The shop is not up to date nor well stocked.
