Additional comment to the last post. This course was once used for the NIKE tour (now called the Nationwide Tour) and has always been in excellent shape. With the rough not as bad in the past it is a bit easier to score. The island/pennisula green on #8 is just one of the memorable holes.

Great municipal course. We played after 2PM for the lower green fees - but I think they're only marginally higher earlier in the day. There's a challenge on every hole - even though it's a municipal course vs. a championship course. It was in very good shape and the greens were true. We'll definitely play this again on our next trip to the Sonoma/Napa area.

Customer Service

The grill is a great place for lunch. Good food at a good value with very nice presentation. Pro shop is adequate. We almost lost our tee time because we told the pro shop we were going for lunch - but they mistakenly thought we were going to play and crossed us off the list. We only were able to get out when we checked in again just before our time. That's the only questionable experience we had all day.
