I have only played this course one time, but I found it more difficult than the course rating. Several greens have multiple levels and if you hit to the wrong area, two putting can be a real challenge. In addition, numerous greens are small and/or elevated, making the approach shots critical. There are a variety of risk/reward holes adding interest. I found the course to be well maintained when I played in the fall of 2006. The practice area is above average.
