What a waste of time and money! This is just a terrible muni. Some holes had no signs posted at all. The greens and fairways were beat up and diseased, with fungus, clover and other strange grasses growing in also. The bunkers were just dirt. No bathrooms on the course.

Customer Service

Was told on the phone that we could shower there and the website mentions "renovated men's locker room". When we finished playing and needed to shower they were TOTALLY OUT OF CLEAN TOWELS!!! Yeah right! Could it be because we were Black?

Shoots in the 100s

This review is for a particular outing, not the course in general. Played on 7/3/08. Requested "West" course which b/c weather looked clearer and less people. Started at 5pm so we expected to not go the full 18 and $22 was a good price. They like their carts in at 7:30 to 7:45. Get to #10 at 7pm and the pin is pulled. WTF?! On the green we notice all the back pins are pulled. Call the clubhouse, no answer and voicemail is "full". I know the East course is their baby and it looks like they don't give a crap about the west (weeds on the greens) but they totally forgot about us. Cart boys said the woman in charge is a real b*tch. This coming from their own staff. Won't play their agian and I live less than a mile away.

Customer Service

Horrible: didn't answer the phone and the voicemail was conveniently "full".

another BS design. course sucked. too much water, not enough thought process type shots. Every hole was either don''''t hit left or don''''t hit right. Conditions were atrocious. the greens were slower than velcro. on the other hand, the cart girl was kind of cute

Shoot in the 80s

This review concerns the East course (waterfall course). I've played Bonaventure approximately a dozen times. It is a fairly nice course, well manicured with nice fairways and greens. Architecture ranges from very interesting (3, 5, 6, 18) to incredibly boring (4 and 8 are yawners). The course is fairly long from the blues, and has a lot of water which invariably seems to be down the right hand side. Hitting it straight is a must. Bonaventure is on the eastern edge of the Evergaldes, as such, there are not many trees to protect it from the wind. When it blows, you better tighten your hat, and keep the ball low. I recommend this course to anyone, vacationers or those from the area.

Customer Service

Customer service is very good. We were playing last summer (very hot), did not see a cart girl or water fountain for 9 holes, complained to starter and he went and arranged a free play for everyone in our foursome.
