What a P.O.S. course. This place is a joke. The greens are so bad its like putting on a bumpy sand pit. The te boxs a all turtle shells. They are A-holes in the club house. I will never play this dog track again.

This at one time was a very user friendly course with some great holes.
The staff in the pro shop however, I found did not measure up to the same friendliness. The driving range suffers from the same deficiency as the rest of the facility as not much effort is in evidence of care.On the other hand the putting practice
green however is pretty good.
The opening hole is a good one and quite deceptive, which is good, as a sweeping left hander you need to set up your opening drive far enough right center into a tree lined gap to have access to the green. The #2 hole is also a good layout as a shortish par 4 but has a nice degree of difficulty, with choice of club critical or face the penalty of going straight through the fairway to the never never land, to be followed by a sharp
dog leg right into an elevated green on top of a fair size hill with a pin that makes
accurate distance judgement difficult.Whole after whole provides some very interesting
challenges and on the back as well there’s a couple of real beauties that you just can't waite to play again for the challenges they present.The12, a par 5 is really a nice hole that requires after a booming drive, then you face a right turn with an approach shot over water of about 225 yds, all carry to a smallish green, providing a neat challenge or you can play safe with a second shot left of the of the large pond to the apex reducing the length of travel over water. Over all I really like the course, with good challenges and rewards on many of the holes, front and back as well.
The unfortunate news is that the course is decidedly not well maintained with the appearance of shoddy upkeeping and no reinvestment being made in grounds keeping or appearances. In my estimation this could be a top venue but is suffering from a severe case of over use and neglect. The circumstance is that the funds generated by the obvious number of golfers is not being put back in to maintain the club so it's on a serious decline that's going to take big bucks to halt! It has the appearance of being sucked dry - what a shame! There are not that many courses in this area and it's such a tragedy to allow one of this potential to slip away!
