Shoots in the 80s

If you like playing ricochet golf this is the place. Far too many condos that seem to be in the fairways. Course was in bad shape.

Customer Service

Friendly staff.

Shoots in the 90s

This very tight, heavily laked course was used by the pros at Doral in the 1970's to practice prior to the Doral Open. It rewarded accurate drives and irons. Although much shorter than Doral, it was touted as much more difficult! It features five challenging par fives that are reachable in two with today's clubs and balls. Sabastian Frandco, brother to PGA Tour champion Carolos Franco, recently set the course record at 61! Because of encroaching development, the course has been squeezed to fit inside arterial road boundaries. This makes the long par five fairways VERY difficult, and brings heavy road traffic into play. Also, trees have grown very large in 30 years, narrowing the fairways even more. The course has more water than any other course in South Florida. It plays a prominent role on 15 of the 18 holes. Signature hole is the 150 yard 14th Par 3 over a huge lake. Wind is always a factor!

Customer Service

There is a distinctive, friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive, with no intimidation that might be found just down the road at Doral. Carts are brand new, and always have performed well.

Driving range is short, oweing to its 1970's era design. Small restaurant has cold beer and fresh sandwiches.
