Played The Aerie course. The worst course ever played for that much money. Terrible layout and the use of crushed stone waste areas was a joke. Having to chip out of stone from 10' on a par three was stupid. Greens were like rocks and there was not a single hole all day that you could say "This one was nice" Every hole looks the same. Maybe in another 5 years this layout make take on some shape after it is surronded by homes. Left such a bad taste that we canceled our tee times for the next day at The Talon. If we would have played the Talon first our second day would have been an even bigger let down.

Customer Service

Fair would best decribe the service. First we were to play the Talon course and at the last minute rerouted to the Aerie. Carts came with GPS screen and hand held yardage device. On The Aerie the Screen GPS does not work and the other cart with me did not have batteries in the hand held. Requested numerous time for assistance by the screen GPS and finally after 3 holes someone arrived. Speaking with a member of the club after our round, he indicated that the members will not play the course it's so bad.

This course is beautiful. It plays well for a beginner or an advanced golfer. I had a great time enjoying this course. I was fortunate enough to have PGA support while playing. The tips given me were gentle and good natured. I am a middleaged woman who loves golf but plays miserably. The pros were patient, had great timing and helped my game tremendously.

Customer Service

Everyone from the pros in the Pro Shop to the Cart Barn were exceptional. I was treated like I expect to be treated. I experienced nothing but the highest level of professionalism. In fact, I was surprised when everyone knew my name and addressed me by name.

The ladies locker room is beautiful. Absolutely every item needed for pre and post golf was available. Including refreshing beverages and fresh fruit. The attendants could not have been nicer. Food Service on the course was very tasty and fresh. The tuna salad sandwich was the best I've had, next to the ones I make! ;)

I had the opportunity to play The Club at Twin Eagles twice in late January, 2004, just before it hosted the Champions Tour in February. This is a very fair, yet challenging course for individuals at all levels of play. The fairways are generally wide and very well maintained. While there is significant water on the course it should only come into play with a poor shot, or if the player is "pushing" very hard and is willing to accept the risk based on a potential reward. The course does not get alot of play, so there is a refined, quiet and leisurely atmosphere.

Customer Service

Outstanding. The pro shop staff went out of their way to accomodate and welcome a visiting golfer. The selection of clothing was fairly priced when considering the quality. The shop carries sometimes difficult to find Nicklaus clothing.

The highlight of this day was the course. The course plays fair. Risk-reward. Good shots are rewarded, bad shots aren't. I would like to play more courses like this. The greens rolled true and were perfectly thought out and designed. Each hole was unique and fun to play.

Customer Service

Nathen is the most disrespectful and rude pro shop attendant I have ever met in my thirty years of playing golf. After finishing eighteen holes, my partner, myself and our caddie continued on to play another nine holes because we liked the course and there were only six other groups on the course at the time, 4:00pm. Our caddie suggested that we keep going and settle up after play. When we arrived back at the clubhouse I went into the pro shop to settle the remainder of the bill and Nathen began screaming at me for not stopping after the first round to pay for additional golf. I listen for a while and then told him to calm down, that I was the customer, and that he shouldn’t speak to anyone in that manner. When I asked to speak with the manager, he laughed and said the manager had gone for the day and would yell the same thing anyway. I paid $233.20 for an additional two 18-hole rounds at 5:30pm on Wednesday, March 24th.
