Good value, although winter rates have been creeping up without improvement in services.

Tight! Nessled among the condos this course is not for wild hitters. Also, slow play, particularly on the weekends, goes unchallenged. In the winter when Florida fills up with Canadians for the season a round can take five hours (sorry guys, but its true, you are notoriously slow players) The ranger is more of a ball hawk. You are on your own.

Flamingo Lakes is an average layout which has few memorable holes, but provides a nice playing experience. Smack in the middle of a retirement community, this public course is clearly designed with that demographic in mind. There is little bunkering, and the course is short, even from the back tees where it plays around 6300 yards. For the weekend player this course is a good value, but don't expect the best challenge you've ever had.
