good 27 hole course, is rough in some spots but for the price you cant beat it.

27 holes. Tight in a few places. Lots of water so watch the card. Carts have GPS. Greens rolled true and fast except for 2 holes on the royal 9 which were may not have been cut. Good value.

Good maintenance. This course is always in very nice shape.

Some of the holes are very pretty, but an equal number are boring... straight, with homes on either side. Also, in the winter this course can be expensive and does not provide a reasonable value. From October to March I stay away.

Grand palms is a nice 27 hole public layout with some interesting holes. Unfortunately, it is in the middle of a housing development and this often detracts from the look of the course, and makes it unecessarilly tight in places. There is lots of water in play at this course, and it can be a terrific challenge
