Price, layout (not a memorable hole in the bunch)

The Dunes, as played in February of 2001, was just the remedy for the winter blues. It is not long, but it does require precision, as there is water on nearly every hole. Plan on losing balls.

I was disappointed to see the greens in such sad shape (beat up, sandy), but apparently the two month drought was taking its toll. Still, the fairways were in good shape so it makes one wonder, at $125 a round, why the greens suffered so much.
