Good Golf Course. Very nice layout. 5 tee boxes (red, white, blue, black, gold) because of variety of distances, can be a good test for any level of player. Most the greens are big, and very fast. Fastest I've ever played on a muni course. But they hold shots. You can shot at pins. Fairways are plush, they take very good care of this course. Very pleasant atmosphere, would recommend this course to any level golfer.

This course is a pretty nice course. The fairways are firm, but are in good condition. The greens are in pretty good shape, and they are a lot faster than they look. I played this course for the first time the other day and was fairly impressed for the shape and design of the course with the price I paid. Unlike other cheaper golf courses in the area (Pecan Valley, etc.) this course is nice and green, and actually has hills on it. The course is average length, not too long, but not short. I reccomend this course b/c of the value and the fairly good layout/upkeep.

Customer service was good.

Tight fairways - only able to use the driver about 4 times during the round(s). Fantastik links style course. Great finishing hole that doglegs to the left and over a creek....requires a well placed tee shot.

Sand traps were more mud traps with no depth. Played more like a bare spot in the fairway than a sand trap. Greens were beat up. BUT they are closing for 3 months (until Sep 20004) to plant a completely different type of grass on the greens that's more agreeable to the Texas Summers.

Hidden Creek was built upon the land and creeks where I grew up playing as a child. While I've lived in Burleson all my life, I had yet to play Hidden Creek until recently (Jun 2004). The layout is much better than most other area courses.
